HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS has instituted a Payment refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of payments as digital payments are becoming more frequent. HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS expects that all Consumers will exercise due care and diligence while making Payments. HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS also recognizes that a Payment may be made erroneously or Customer may change their mind. HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS will examine request for refund of Payment and endeavor to make the refund. HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS may also seek proper explanation and reason from the user. Also, it will require further verification of the user and need documents of proof as well as for Payment.

HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of Payments, particularly if any Compliances has been issued.

Your refund request must contain the details such as Date of payment, Amount of payment, Mode of payment i.e. Credit Card or Online Payment and should reach HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS within 7 (Seven) days from the date on which you made the Payment i.e.:1The date on which you Made the Payment online, electronically or through other means, OR

The date on which you Handed over the cheque / demand draft to HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS or someone authorised by HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS for this purpose, OR

1.The date on which you Despatched the cheque / demand draft to HAATH ONLINE SOLUTIONS by other means.

2.The refund process may take time 7 to 30 working days depending on the availability of the information from third parties such as Payment Gateway, Banks, etc. through which transaction is done.
